Anthony is Chief Legal Officer of Heitman. He is an equity owner of the firm and a member of the firm’s Global Management Committee. Anthony is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of Heitman’s business activities and operations.  Prior to joining Heitman, he was a partner at Kaye Scholer LLP, where he provided counsel to private equity funds, banks, and institutional investors on a variety of commercial matters, including disputes, financing, transaction structuring, compliance and risk management.  Earlier in his career, he was a partner with the international law firm Baker & McKenzie.

Anthony received a JD from The University of Chicago Law School and an AB in English and psychology from Stanford University.
