Gabrielle is a Senior Vice President in Heitman’s Client Service & Marketing group. Gabrielle is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors in the western region of the United States & Canada for the firm’s private real estate equity, private real estate debt, and public real estate securities strategies. Prior to joining Heitman, Gabrielle was a Vice President in Evercore’s Real Estate Capital Advisory group, where she was responsible for the coverage of institutional investors and advisors in North America and Latin America and was also involved in the execution of capital advisory mandates for private real estate sponsors. Previously, she held roles at Almanac Realty Investors, where she was responsible for supporting the firm’s business development and investor relations activities. Gabrielle began her career as an Investment Operations Associate at Carnegie Corporation of New York, where she was responsible for managing all investment operations for the foundation’s $3 billion portfolio.

Gabrielle received a BFA in Drama with minors in Political Science & French from New York University, as well as a certificate in Business Finance from New York University’s School of Professional Studies. She is involved with several industry organizations and currently serves on the Rising Leaders Committee Board of the Pension Real Estate Association. Additionally, she is a founding member of the Real Estate Women of Denver network. Gabrielle is a Series 7 and 63 Registered Representative.
