Jeff is a Managing Director, Co-Head and Portfolio Manager of Heitman’s Global Real Estate Securities group. He is an equity owner of the firm and a member of the Global Management Committee. Jeff is responsible for overseeing the business operations of Heitman’s Global Real Estate Securities group, in addition to portfolio management duties and covering the United States health care REIT sector. Since joining the firm in 2004, Jeff has held a variety of roles in the Public Real Estate Securities group, most recently serving as Portfolio Manager, where he was responsible for portfolio management, including fundamental company and market analysis, and monitoring and assessing the health of US capital markets. Prior to joining Heitman, Jeff was with Principal Global Investors, where he was responsible for providing quantitative and qualitative research on seasoned commercial mortgage-backed securities issuances.

Jeff received a BBA and MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a CFA charterholder.
