Heitman LLC (“Heitman”), a global real estate investment management firm, is pleased to announce that Gabrielle Hanson has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President in Heitman’s Client Service & Marketing group. In her new role, Gabrielle will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors in the western region of the United States and Canada, focusing on the firm’s private real estate equity, private real estate debt, and public real estate securities strategies.

Gabrielle previously served as a Vice President in Evercore’s Real Estate Capital Advisory group. There, she was responsible for the coverage of institutional investors and advisors in North America and Latin America and was also involved in the execution of capital advisory mandates for private real estate sponsors. Before Evercore, she held roles at Almanac Realty Investors, supporting the firm’s business development and investor relations activities. Gabrielle began her career as an Investment Operations Associate at Carnegie Corporation of New York, managing all investment operations for the foundation’s $3 billion portfolio.
Gabrielle earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and a certificate in Business Finance from New York University’s School of Professional Studies. She is actively involved with several industry organizations and currently serves on the Rising Leaders Committee Board of the Pension Real Estate Association. Additionally, she is a founding member of the Real Estate Women of Denver network and is a Series 7 and 63 Registered Representative.
