Senior Associate, Private Equity

Our London office is seeking an investment professional to join our Private Equity team. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, fluent in English and an additional European language, able to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment and have an interest in growing their career in Real Estate. This position will work on both new acquisitions as well as asset management work streams.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the underwriting and evaluation of real estate acquisitions across Europe across strategies and asset classes, including operating business and listed vehicle transactions
  • Prepare presentation materials of investment opportunities for Investment Committee purpose
  • Support in the Due Diligence and closing phase of the transaction in conjunction with in house and outside parties
  • Contribute to the management of investments through their lifecycle, including preparing valuations/quarterly reports, cash flow projections, and budgeting analysis.
  • Assist in the analysis and execution of investment dispositions

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate across multiple sectors
  • Strong academic track record from tier one university, preferably with a degree focusing on finance and/or real estate
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry, such as private equity and/or investment banking
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, along with outstanding organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills and effective at running models
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other European language with Nordics languages highly desirable
